Affiliate program terms

The program

• ·The program is single level: you are paid only on payments made by coaches you refer.
• ·It is free to join. We pay nothing for recruiting other affiliates.
• ·You must be 18 or over to be an affiliate.
• ·Each affiliate account has one link.

How a referral is recorded

• ·A referral is recorded when a coach opens your link and then signs up for Branded or Organisation in the same browser within 30 days.
• ·The last affiliate link the coach opened is the one that counts, including a link someone else sent them to. There is no code box on the sign-up form.
• ·A workspace has one referrer for ever. The referral is never changed afterwards.
• ·A coach who signs up for Starter through your link is not recorded as your referral, so a later upgrade by that workspace does not earn.
• ·Our records decide whether a referral was recorded.

Coach spots

• ·The program has 5 coach spots, shared by all affiliates. Your link has no limit of its own.
• ·A coach spot is taken when a referred coach's first payment that earns is recorded. Spots are taken in the order payments are recorded, which may differ from the order in which they were made.
• ·Each referred workspace takes one spot, whatever its number of coaches. Extra coaches do not take another.
• ·A referred coach earns for you only while it holds a spot. A coach without a spot that pays when no spot is free for that payment earns nobody anything for it.
• ·A payment by a coach without a spot, made while every spot was taken, never earns, even if a spot is freed later.
• ·While every coach spot is taken, no new affiliate account can be opened.
• ·A spot is freed only by us, by hand. The coach that held it then stops earning for you, even if it keeps paying. Commissions already credited are not affected by the spot being freed.
• ·A refund, a dispute, a cancellation, a restart or a deleted workspace does not free a spot.

What earns

• ·For each qualifying payment you receive 100% of what Coachew receives from the payment, after the payment gateway's fee, excluding any tax we collect on the payment.
• ·Only payments for Branded or Organisation earn, including charges for extra coaches and plan upgrades. A Starter payment never earns.
• ·Only real payments in Malaysian ringgit earn, and an invoice must be paid by a single payment.
• ·A coach who cancels produces nothing further. If the same workspace later pays again while it still holds its coach spot, those payments earn again.
• ·You may refer yourself, through your own link or with “Count my own workspace” on your affiliate dashboard. That option needs your workspace to be the only one you belong to, you to be its only head coach, and the workspace to have a billing account and no referrer. Only payments made after you press it earn. Your workspace takes a coach spot like any referred coach.
• ·A payment our records cannot match to these rules is decided by us.

The hold, and what cancels a commission

• ·Each payment is held for 30 days so refunds and disputes can surface. It is then checked with Stripe, our payment provider, before it becomes withdrawable.
• ·The whole commission for a payment is cancelled by any refund of it, even a partial one; by any dispute, even one we win; and by any early fraud warning from the card's bank.

Withdrawing

• ·One withdrawal request takes your whole withdrawable balance, oldest payments first, up to 50 payments at a time. There is no minimum and no partial amount.
• ·If any payment in the request cannot be checked with Stripe at that moment, the whole request is refused and you are asked to try again.
• ·We pay by bank transfer, in Malaysian ringgit, to the account you give in the request, within 5 working days of the request, unless your account is suspended or a payment behind the request is under review.

Refusal and recovery

• ·We may reject a withdrawal request. The payments in it then return to your balance.
• ·Where we find fraud, we may cancel the commissions concerned.
• ·If a commission we have already paid out is later refunded or disputed, we may ask you to repay it, or set it off against a later payout and tell you when we do.

Suspension

• ·While your account is suspended, nothing new is credited to you and no new referral is recorded through your link. Payments made during the suspension never earn, even after you are reinstated.
• ·Suspension does not by itself cancel earlier commissions. While you are suspended they cannot be withdrawn, and an open request is not paid, until you are reinstated.

Your bank details

The bank details you type when you withdraw are kept to pay you and for our records. Only the people who run Coachew can see them. They are stored by our database provider. See the privacy policy.

Tax

You are responsible for any tax on what you receive from the program.
