The Coachew affiliate program

For each payment that counts, you get 100% of what Coachew receives from the payment, after the payment gateway's fee. A payment counts only if the coach you referred holds a coach spot, or takes one with that payment.

Your link has no limit of its own. The limit is the coach spots, shared by everyone.

A coach you refer takes a spot with their first payment that counts, if a spot is free then. Every affiliate shares the same spots.

How it works

Share your link
Each affiliate account has one link. Share it with coaches.
A coach signs up and pays
A coach who opens your link signs up for Branded or Organisation. Their first payment made while a coach spot is free takes that spot.
Their payments can earn for you
While that coach holds the spot, their payments that count earn you 100% of what Coachew receives from the payment, after the payment gateway's fee.

What counts, and what does not

How a referral is recorded

A referral is recorded when a coach opens your link, then signs up for Branded or Organisation in the same browser within 30 days.

If they open another affiliate's link before signing up, that link counts instead.

A coach who signs up for Starter is not recorded as your referral, even if they upgrade later.

Which payments count

Payments in ringgit for Branded or Organisation, including extra-coach charges and plan upgrades.

A Starter payment never counts.

A referred workspace takes one coach spot, whatever its number of coaches.

A payment made while your account is suspended never counts, even after you are reinstated.

When no spot is free

A coach without a spot who pays while none is free earns nobody anything for that payment.

Such a payment never earns, even if a spot is freed later. A later payment, made after a spot is freed, can take it.

How a spot is freed

Only Coachew frees a spot, by hand.

The coach who held it then stops earning for you, even if they keep paying.

A refund, a cancel, a dispute or a deleted workspace does not free a spot.

When you can withdraw

Each payment is held for 30 days so refunds and disputes can surface, then checked before you can withdraw it.

Any refund or dispute on a payment, even a partial refund, cancels what you would have received for it.

If a refund or dispute comes after you are paid, we may set it off against a later payout or ask you to repay it.

How you are paid

When you ask to withdraw, the team pays you by bank transfer within 5 working days.

That does not apply while your account is suspended or a payment behind the request is under review.
